pre cooking/storing food question

i think im going to starting make a few days worth of food on sundays to last me til say wednesday. would cooking chicken breast last 3 days if i put it in the proper container?

yes definetally I take it in tupperware when I fly somtimes
when my sister is dieting she put it in coolers when we traveled and she would cook almost a weeks worth of chicken and it would be fine!!!

yep shes talking about me -keeps about a week just fine , ive never reallytried to keep it longer
