I am having trouble with my eating and really have not find found anything good to follow.

usually something like this:

Breakfast: Oatmeal or cereal or ww Toast with jelly.

Lunch: ( IN school) Like a turkey sandwich, or any other coldcuts with white sub bread, or ww bread. And tortilla chips or crackers or some kind of granola bar for a snack.

Supper: Is very early for some reason about 430-5. What ever is made, (steak,pizza,chicken,pasta w/ potatoe or rice usually and salad)


I drink water and crystal light through out the day.

Thats is something i try to follow, i dont know how i can alter this b/c of school and stuff.

My main goals are to lose weight and get some strength . I run about 3-4days a week, (now not so many b/c of winter). I lift about 4-5 days a week.

Is there any suggestion on what i should change any tips?
