I was wondering what good low fat dressing would be OK for a low fat diet.

I an trying to get back to a healthy diet and regain my flat abs

What do you think about"Light Italian dressing"?
Cal=60g,total fat=6%(4g),sodium=17%(400mg),carbs=2%,sugars=3g

It's not that bad when using in moderation, I use fat free salad dressing sometimes for flavoring when I get tired of using olive oil, but it's really easy to over eat on salad dressing and end up putting around 3 or 4 servings on there.

It tastes like ****, I'm a fan of pickles instead of any salad dressing.

I just bought a free fat blue cheese dressing.

It also contains corn syrup and according to one moderator form other webiste:" I would suggest choosing low fat varieties carefully. go through the possibilities when you go shopping and do not get any that have corn syrup, high fructose syrup listed. you are better off getting a dressing that is higher in fat, then one that is low fat and has high GI/GR carbs, as they cause more fat storing enzymes to be released."

Anyother opinions?

for salads i just throw on redwine vinager no fat no carbs and good for you. its kinda tasty

Red wine or balsamic vinegar with just a touch of olive oil or some lemon juice is good too...

I was going to say some sort of oil for a fat source...
