I've gained a few pounds in the last 2 months but i can't really tell if it shows. Give me a critique if you feel like it.

Still looking impressive man, but in all honesty, your physique hasn't changed much since your first set of pics. Why type of look are you aiming for?

I definitly haven't made a big weight gain since my first pics, but I have got stronger. While the diffrence isn't great, I think if you look at my orig. pics from august 2005, you can see I was def skinnier then I am now. I would say I'm more into the lean athletic look then the huge beast look, especially since my genetics gear me in that direction in the first place.

Looking good but you definately have to shave that main of pubic hair in the first pic.

I said it last time - great bicep genetics. They're like a tight round little knot which makes them look much bigger.

Not a huge difference from last time, but if you're meeting your goals that's all that matters. Dont be afraid to do a proper bulk for fear of losing the six pack though!

Just curious but how much weight have you gained. You're still really lean. Good job, you're looking good. The only thing I would say is you need to bring the chest out a little more. Other than that...you're ripped.

Jeez, you must be like 6-7%. You definitely have your conditioning down, bro. I can tell you have gotten a bit thicker, and still lean as hell.

I think you have a great physique. I would (will) be pretty happy when I end up that lean (if possible!). It isn't like you are tiny and part of being ripped is looking a tad smaller...

What is your height and weight? I'd say you look around 5'10" and ~155

Dynamic backgrounds, dynamic lighting conditions and dynamic posing styles are MURDER for any type of comparisons. DAMNIT, STATIC PEOPLE STATIC!

You've VERY lean and it seems that you have a nice genetic shape/size to your bicepulars. It wouldn't hurt you to throw on 15-20 pounds of LBM... that would put respectable size on you for sure and shouldn't take that long. I reckon you have a naturally fast metabolism, so it probably won't be hard at all to cut down the 1-3% BF you put on during said bulk.

Thanks for the feed back guys.

I'm curious, what do you do for bis?

curls i used to do both one arm and two are curls, but I've gotten a little more lazy so i usually just do the 2 arms curls. 3X12 at 110 lbs

I'm 6 foot I think when I took those pics I was around 162. Now its been a almost a week and I've gotten drunk and ate a ton of grub almost every day night so I have a feeling the scales might be a little higher now, scared to look, haha. good metabolism only does so much

You look pretty ripped, what supplements do you take?

rk77
02-02-2007, 04:04 PM
The only supps I take are a scoop of whey protein after I lift. Maybe a multi vitamin every so often.

I was told to take fish oil, does that have any effect of lifting results or is that just like a health enhancer type thing?

dude not to be a dick.. but you have been posting pics for god knows how long and they are always these crappy poses with crappy lighting in a mirror with a flash. and they always look the same. I mean maybe your biceps look a little bigger and your abs are more defined...I think. I can't tell hardly anything from what you're givin us man.

The only thing I eat, ever, is a scoop of whey protein after I lift. Maybe a multi vitamin every so often.

I think we see the problem.

Hey guys its been a while since Ive been on the forums, unfortuantly I have a little more time on my hands due to a car accident. I broke my neck over 3 weeks ago. I was extreamly lucky that I had no spinal cord or neurological damage. Its hard to call yourself lucky when you wreck and break your c2 vertebre but when the neurosurgeon uses the worlds lucky and miricle your just happy its not worse.
Anyway Its been three weeks and the pain is gone and im moving fine. The prob is i cant do much since im fitted in a halo neckbrace for 5-8 more weeks while the bone heals. Anyone know good excercises that I can do to avoid atrophy and not get to out of shape from the 2-3 months of layin around. The pics here are pretty old, I was 165 in these. Im prob about 180-185 when I had my accident, was able to put on more weight since college in a good way. I was prob in the best shape of my life. I was told it was prob one of the reasons im not paralyzed.
Anyway this may be better for general health but this was my last thread and I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me. Im sick of layin around watching tv and playin video games! Thanks guys.

DUDE thats heavy stuff! (and i thought my knee injury was bad... lol) My jaw went slack when i read your post dude, its awesome that you're doing so well. Seriously. I have no idea what you can do right now, Honestly... the neck is so important- I wouldnt do anything that might compromise the healing process.

Thanks dude, hoping ill be back to 100 percent by spring. I didnt even know I was hurt at first. I actually crawed back into my car to turn down the radio(it was on its back) to not wake people up (6 am) some dude came out and i actually walked into his house to clean the blood off my face. I then felt weak and laid down until the ambulence came. When they came and put the neckbrace on I actually said Im fine and didnt need it. I am one lucky idiot! adreniline sure does a lot.
Ive been doing some shoulder raises with a 10 lb barbell and a few other light excercises. I was told moving around helps bloodflow and the healing process. Im def not gonna do anything heavy but enough to maybe keep in as good of shape as I can. Im sure a lot of people on here can imagine how much it would suck not to do anything active for a few months.

i heard fishoil also helps prevent stretch marks, gives the skin more elasticity...anybody hear the same or know for sure what will accomplish that?

I got my halo off on St Pattys day because they said at this point it wouldnt make a difference if I was in that horrible thing or a hard collar. They still arent sure if the bone is fusing as x rays are delayed in showing healing and only show calcification. I should know if its healing in a about two weeks. If not it needs to be fused surgically which means I'd loose 50 percent of the mobility in my neck which would f'in suck.
But anyway, when they took the vest off I really didnt look a whole lot different but could def tell I was softer no doubt. I weighed my self and was 182. I ate real clean the next weak and definitly leaned out over the next week, I even did some excercises. Well a week later the scale shows Im up to 186 dispite leaning out. I was shocked. Overall People have said they are pretty suprised by how much I havent changed dispite laying around for two months. Im not in as good as shape as I was but I really cant complain considering. As for the skin and fish oil thing, skin issues are the least of my worries at the moment. The only suppliments I care about these days are vitaments and calcium...
