I started my first cut Monday, and after getting through the first day I realized how dumb of me it was to start when I did. Sunday xmas eve party = lots of food. Chrismas Day = Lots of food. Then New Years = Lots of food. And most of these foods are terrible for you.
I'm just a little worried that these 3 cheat days, that are pretty close to each other, are going to really effect my cut...

So should I eat a lot now like I was on a bulk? Because as of now, I have only eaten 200g of carbs (cut diet for the day) cause I would be glad to bump it back up to the normal 300-350g for today

My new years resolution is to like totally get in shape and eat less
[/cliche resolution] haha
I started cutting like 2 weeks ago..Christmas eve and day and then new years will prob be cheat days...my deadline for myself isn't til the beginning of march so i'm not too worried about it
start after the holidays is my vote 3 cheat days(days not meals) in the frist few weeks it kinda much

It's Christmas. Eat, squat, and be merry.
