What should I be aware of, when I shop for low fat,low sugar food?

What is the acceptable percentage in terms of fat,sugar,carbs,sodium?

How much fat is Ok? Lets say 4% or 10%?

%'s don't mean anything. Look at actual grams. Plus, this lal depends on your diet and how many calories you are eating a day.

ingredients first, imo. that's what i look for. i reestrict carbs, but not fat, so for me the carb grams are important too.
