View Full Version : from 195lbs to a miserable 170lbs... trying to climb back up

I'd like to dedicate this journal, as a reference and record of my anger and disgust with how much size and weight i have lost in the last 2 months.

The pounds started to vanish one by one thanks to:
- Starting my first ever cut
- An unexpected Major Personal Life Disruption
- Followed by a Tendon Tear in my left arm (done at work)
- Followed by a nagging lower back injury (done in the gym)
- Complimented with Food Poisoning
- And Taunted by 20 days of the Norwalk Virus

I have had some days where i havent eaten a thing, either due to stress or from not being able to keep food down from the virus.

I have lost almost 1 full inch around my biceps, and what appears to be just as much around my forearms.

Its insane how hard i worked to get from 130lbs up to 195lbs in under 2 years, to loose so much in 2 months.

I'm going to start off by seeing how much weight i can gain in the next 10 days.

Official weigh in this morning is 169.8 --> just devastating:mad:

I'll be training only moderatly for the next week or 2, i really dont want to get re-injured and i really dont have my full appetite back.

I'm interested to see if "Muscle Memory" Exists, and to see how fast my body re-adjusts.

hows it going? diet like??
