I'm planning on this diet which I will start next week.

I'm 5'8 @ 125 lbs, trying to bulk to 140 lbs in 3-4 months.
My biggest problem is I'm not really good in counting calories and not sure how much calories I need in bulking up for my current body height & weight.

I'm just estimating I need 2500 calories?? to bulk up.... but for now, I'm not sure the total calories, protein, carbs, fat in my planned diet below.

u guys, please help me estimate the total calories, protein, carbs and fats in my diet... also give me some recommendation about which food I should add/remove from my diet plan.

[Breakfast]
Shredded Wheat Cereal + 200 ml milk
3 whole eggs
1.5 scoops Designer Protein with 300 ml milk
capsules of multivitamin

[Lunch]
Usual Lunch:
(1) Rice + 1 meat (chicken/fish) + 1 egg/sausage
(2) Fries+bean with Chicken Cutlet/Chop

[Dinner]
Usual Dinner:
(1) Rice + 1 meat (chicken/fish) + 1 egg/sausage
(2) Fries+bean with Chicken Cutlet/Chop

[Snack]
1.5 scoops Designer Protein with 300 ml milk

[Supper]
an option of:
(1) chicken breast without skin
(2) Beef

[Before Sleep]
1.5 scoop of TwinLab Weight Gainer 2500 fat free with 500 ml of milk

Doesn't seem like near enough carbs to bulk, but what's the macro breakdown of the diet?

*Oatmeal would be a better choice here

* What time do you workout ? This should be taken after a workout with some simple carbs.


[Supper]
an option of:

1.5 scoop of TwinLab Weight Gainer 2500 fat free with 500 ml of milk

* Cottage Cheese, egg whites and some milk would be a better choice here. You might wanna add some Essential fats too. Like Peatnuts or flax seed oil.
