what's your goal?
its still refined sugars, and less fiber than 1 serving of oatmeal, which doesn't have 6g of fat either.

i mean, its not bad for a cold cereal...it'll beat Lucky Charms. but so will Multibran Chex, or Uncle Sam's, or half the Kashi cereals.
but its still not gonna be rolled or steel cut oats, or similar whole grain.

i dont have any specific goals apart from bigger + stronger.....it has a lot of cals and i thought 8g's of protein was ok for a cereal??....and it has nuts...

i dont eat it in the mornings..i eat oatmeal...but as a snack....will it do more harm than good?

since you are bulking, you can get away with it, but I wouldn't make it a consistent, daily thing.

but the 8g of protein is useless. there's no whey or soy in the ingredients, so its 8g of incomplete protein. you'd likely need to add some beans to the meal to complete the amino acid profile. or just have a shake with it.

also keep in mind, I've been called a food nazi.

I wouldn't worry too much about the 8g of protein being useless - unless you eat your cereal dry. The milk, plus whatever else you eat within a few hours, should take care of that.
