Hey guys, Ruffian and I took some more pics today. I wasn't planning on posting them until I looked back at some pics from last year around this time... These photos ( were taken January 31, 2006.

It looks to me like your arms may be lagging, I'm not sure though. What do you do for them?

Brogain - It's definately the synthol :cool:

Stepto180 - I'm not playing anymore. I was running a league for kids ages 13-18 ... We just had finals on December 17th. I played for the Regina Squids... We travelled all over Canada and won nationals in 2003 :)

Hockey66 - I'd rather hear that than they are over powering the rest of my body! I've been doing a westside routine for the past month so they've been getting a fair amount of direct work but before that I pretty much tried to avoid arm work... I gotta say that curls are my least favorite of all exerxices.

Stumprrp - Thanks bro! If only I had known what you do at your age!

Chub - It's just cuz she's got tits :lurk:

J3ff - Sorry, should have included that... I'm 5'9" and I'm around 185lbs right now. The only measurement I've taken recently is bodyfat. With a 7-spot caliper test it showed me to be about 10%. I always think that the calipers are a little low though...

Jordan - Hehe, no I didn't run a cycle. But thanks for the big compliment!

Sidior - Thanks! But seriously, it takes work even with the synthol :strong: hehe

Do you guys think 10% bf is about right? Like I said above, that's what the calipers said but I feel like it's probably a bit higher...

Wait.. ****... It may have been 11 or 12.. I'm not sure anymore... Maybe Kristen remembers and will help me out here :windup:

Lookin solid man. As for 10%, I'd probably say more along the lines of 12%. Definitely still lean though, great work.

legs and lat spread look great.

As hockey said arms could be lagging slightly i have the same problem myself my biceps stink.

Id put your bf at 12-14% id say close to mine but i havnt measured myself either so.

Hill - Thanks! I'm not too concerned about my arms right now. Strength is where it's at for me so proportions are not really a big deal. Looking good seems to be a side-effect of my approach to powerlifting :p

Evan - Thanks! There's a couple scratches from deadlifting yesterday but all the scars all over my shins are from when I skateboarded... I was never very good at flip tricks and whacked myself in the shins alot :p

The scratches that are from deadlifting are some of the first ones I've ever gotten... My university is closed over Christmas break so Ruffian and I went to the Gold's gym in town. When they were building it I saw a pamphlet that showed their floor plan. It looked amazing and HUGE! But when we got there it was really disappointing... One power rack, one squat rack and all the machines a curl jockey could wish for.

I'm pretty good at keeping the bar just barely touching my shins so I get some red marks but never scratches. But the Gold's had octogonal plates (I think.. I didn't actually count the sides :p). Usually when I deadlift I set my feet where I want them, set my hands where I want them, then I roll the bar forward a bit and straighten my legs, then I pull the bar back towards me and drop my hips real fast. I've never looked where I stop the bar before I lift, it just kind of happens naturally.. Anyway, I couldn't set up like I was used to and ended up either having the bar to close too my body or too far away on every set :(

I'd say you are at 12% right now. Looking good though.

Cut down to 7-9% and ruffian will have to beat the girls off of you...

Honestly, solid back, Deeder. You can tell that you've put a helluva lot of work into it - I think the back dbl bi is your best shot there, closely followed by the lat spread.

Do you have a character that means "very" or "real" on your wrist, though?

Jordan - I'll just be maintaining around this weight until after natiuonals so I won't be doing any cutting anytime soon. Hopefully I'll be around there just through body recomposition.

McIrish - Thanks! and yes I do. I was told/read that it could be taken to mean true or truth as well.. Real, true, truth... Those were all ones that fit in with what I was looking for..

ArchAngel - Thanks! It's crazy looking back at old pics! It's hard to notice progress day by day.
