Have you ever been in such a rut, or know of someone who was so severely underweight that they decided to just eat anything and everything, non-stop for say two str8 weeks......I am fighting this weight/muscle loss from overtraining and have dwindled to about 155lbs at 6'2....I think I need to cash it in and just gorge myself for awhile....how much fat really would I gain in an effort to get to 190 like NOW?

Depends on what you mean by "now". As a rule of thumb, if you're gaining more than about 2 lbs/week, it's going to be a lot of fat.

Can;t be a lot of fat if it's 4lbs a week which I would love to do if my mind could handle it......50/50.....not terrible.....plus, if one knows how to diet correctly??? hhmmm...you ever tried?

4 lbs a week will give you a lot of fat. I've gained ~15 lbs in the last 4 months (about 1 lb / week) and I've still got fat gain. Everyone is different, but don't expect to look jacked after gaining that quickly.

Don't do it. You'll end up fat and miserable and then you'll have to diet for ages to get rid of the fat. No point adding muscle if you can't see it. Dont be so obsessed with the number on the scales.. go by the mirror instead.

ya i did this, i was already like 190lbs... i'd eat non stop on weekends.... i just got fat, then had to do a cut.

Just eat healthy, and lift... takes time :soapbox:

right but I'm 150lbs at 6'2 ish.....I could do it for 2 weeks high followed by two weeks moderate and prob. not gain much fat at all....agreed? Cheating maybe once a day...

Dude, why the heck are you asking for advice if you wont take it?

Everyones said dont do it. Your obviously impatient, but thats not gonna help.

4lbs a week, i dont know how hard you train or well you rest, or what exactly youll be eating... but 75% of that will be fat.

So listen to the advice, suck it in, take the proper time, do a good decent bulk and dont come one here wasting internet space if you arent gonna use it.
