I got this originally from Holywars but i had to tell you guys, this is a godsend!

Lets call it...Cinnabun Cheese

he said it tasted like a cinnabun and hes right

1 cup fat free cottege cheese
2 packets splenda
cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

mix, and MY GOD! amazing treat and only 160 calories! 26 grams of protien too!

he uses rasins but ill add nuts in the future.

BULKERS! use whole fat cottege cheese, honey roasted peanuts, and real cinnamon sugar :D

If I could only get past the texture of cottage cheese, I might like it, but I will never be able to get past the texture and look of it... Maybe it had something to do with someone puking out a crapload of it when I was a kid and seeing it all over the floor... Ish...

2 packets of splenda would contain around ~3-4 calories.

The splenda packets contain a small amount of maltodextrin and differ from the large bags of cooking splenda (slightly). Cooking splenda, 1 cup is 96 calories. Which works out to about 2 calories per teaspoon (48 tea spoons per cup). It is basically 1/8th the value of sugar.

i actually meant measurement wise. like a couple teaspoons? because all i've got at home is the big bag of splenda not the packets.

A packet is a teaspoon, or very close to it. So, I would figure in one table spoon just to be safe.

So you were on a diet 6 years ago, when you were 13, before it was published (2003)? I totally believe that.

Sorry it was august in 2004, way before I found WBB. Cottage cheese and all the cc concotions were a huge staple in that diet. You can search those forums if you would like and see that Im not lying I probably have a post there from back in 2004 under eatfajitas

cinnamon, the way sneeze smell taste like. Ugh.. I'll take my CC plain with some sliced strawberries and bananas.. Never mind, I'll use pineapple chunks instead.
