What are some good choices of fish from the supermarket, besides Tuna, that tastes good, and is not really that exspensive. Im not talking about the stuff in the frozen section, Im talking about getting stuff from the Fish dept.

The_Chicken_Daddy stole my post. Salmon cost quite a bit in my parts too. I just posted the 10 healthiest foods and Salmon was on it. Do you think canned Salmon counts? That doesnt' really sound too apetizing though.
