Current 5'11" 186lbs.

Got to 198lbs, then got distracted by drugs/parties/raves/etc and seemingly changed body composition without changing weight (somehow, I know).

Will conclude cut at about 170lbs or so.

Yep. 1 week of eating 1000 calories at most a day, raving/partying, smoking a ****load of bud, and dancing 8 hours while on E will result in a very weak ****ty workout :p .
