I hope this is the right forum for this topic. I was just wondering if anybody has ever had any experience with this product. It really sounds like it would be something that I would want to implement into my running routine. My other question is if I started using power lungs for a period of time then stopped would the benefits I recieved from it stay with me as long as i kept on running and doing other cardiovascular activities?

My father was using one - he does full triathlons. He wasn't able to say definitively that there were obvious benefits, but he felt it helped while he was using it.

I remember a Pavel article in MILO about 6 years ago about resistance breath training.
