Someone correct me if I am wrong.. But I believe glutamine is supposed to be really good for the joints.. Or maybe that was glucosamine... Umm.. One of those... Maybe

^^

It's Glucosamine.

And here's a good read on it ~> http://www.mediafire.com/?emkxaty2ujo

Glucosamine w/Chondroitin & MSM along with Fishoil caps is what I'm taking for sore joints. But think of that stuff as more help in the long run....I'd suggest taking it easy until the pain subsides depending on where you're hurting.

Also bought some wrist wraps for support and those seem to help alot when lifting.

Im 14... I take em, thats cause of a screwed shoulder.

But its a good habit and supp to have noi matter what condition your joints are in. Fish oil and glocosamine.

I took a bottle of glucosamine and chondroitin a year ago. The stuff was great! I was having a little soreness from lifting, and it went away so I don't take it anymore.

I highly recommend it.

2 month's worth for $20. Not too bad.

This is what I bought. Larger amounts of Glucosamine and Chondroitin per serving. This one worked great for me, but I'm sure the cheaper one will work as well. I'm not sure how much benefit one would see from the larger servings.

Good stuff. But you have to give it time to work (1-2 months).

take the glucosamine and if you still get some pain, pop a few ibuprofen

Thanks Chris, that's a much better price than what I've been finding around here.

This may be a stupid question, but if you take glucosamine for joints, do you have to keep taking it basically for the rest of your life? I've been taking it for my back and I love it but am I going to need 100 years supply of it?
