Well.... a new year, a new journal.
*will update other stats tonight
Stopped dieting, running, training and beach volleyball a few months ago.
It's a new year and time to get back into high gear. Through good diet and exercise my goal is to drop back down to 200 lbs. I've done it before and have gone down to 189-190 on my plan relatively quickly. Most to all of the weight I have gained has been collecting around my waist, which is a good thing.

Hmmm You have a pretty slim waist for being 240 @ 6' 2" Are you going by a size 38 pants r have you measured 38" around the Naval?

ate well tonight
1 cup o'rice
1 cup spinach
1 can o'tuna
ran 2 miles... its freakin cold
healthy grocery shopping... check

ran 2 miles tonight... will hit the weights here either the end of this week or next week sometime. building stamina right now..
ate well, veggies, potatos some meat...
heard my soon to be newborn's heartbeat today. It was absolutly amazing.

ran again tonight, made better time and sprinted the 2 miles. Did really well.
ate really well again today good mix of carbs, veggies, and a lean meat. I need to make sure, however that I continue to eat enough food before my body starts to think that I'm starving it.
Today is the 15th week of the pregnancy.

1/8 ran again
lots of crunches ets, was supposed to go pick up all of my olympic weights and dumbells, etc, didn't have time...
ate really well and re-learning old habits of eating slower and smaller meals. i think i'm finally back in the groove.

01/14 went to the gym and did a really good circuit.. felt good to hit the weights for a little bit at least. felt like i was going to yack again.
01/15 went to the gym again tonight and did a double circuit. man that shiot gets the blood pumping. its supposed to be like 8 degrees tomorrow and the rest of this week so should be in the gym more

Ate really well again today.. i weighed in this evening, which i shouldn't but was curious... 231 was the weight, so i'm down 7 pounds.
ran/sprinted 1.75 miles. So I did really well... had the Ipod rolling w/ some daddy yankee playing.... pretty sweet
did a really hardcore cardio circuit... feeling really good

stayed within point ranges today. mixed in some biceps and a little back/legs into the mix
current stat 228 lbs..
motivation is the game. i don't feel like writing anymore

chicken breast w/small salad
some reeses pieces, and pretzels
turkey burger, salsa, etc for dinner
total points 34... alotted =35
on track for another 6 day in a row.

Brute, you're looking like a monster these days.. Wheels are looking sick dude...
yeah i stopped doing the point thing awhile ago and have just been running and doing circuit work... with a newborne it's hard being in the basement lifting with music blaring and having her crawling and crying... she would get into too much trouble... lol the points are working for my wife though she's back to pre-pre pregnancy weight... so she's looking amazing.
hows the w.o. regimine going? still boxing? i've gotta get caught back up on everything with some old friends.

lol, it's hard to do this crap when you got a little one ain't it? Don't worry. You'll figure out the kids routine and work yours around it. Only tip I have is get a very portable play pen. I've done many, many workouts with my kid in the playpen watching me and playing with their favorite toys. That way they can't get into anything and if they need your attention you're right there. You might end up with 10min breaks between sets sometimes, but at least you're getting your workout in. ;)
