Just 2 segments from todays upper session, push presses and bent rows with english, presses are 225 x 3 and rows are 315 x 3.

yeah i know its all good when i get to 315 i have to english it but i normally do strict sets of 275

Dude, i havent even looked at the video yet (cuz its taking about 3 months to load)...and i still think that you have about 20lbs to lose before you hit 20%

damn chris your killing me, as i said in the OP and to holy, when i get heavy i have to use some english, i normally do 275 for strict reps bent over at 90 *

Push presses look ok. Little shaky but ok. ;) Do you have balance issues? You looked like you were moving around a bit.
You may want to try a reverse grip on the rows. Might help you get more out of it. Nothing wrong IMHO with using a high angle (i.e. Yates Row) but it's going to be a bit different from an actual "Bentover" Row. The whole issue of english is why I am doing supported t-bar rows right now... I just want to avoid the temptation. ;)

thx relentless lol actually i was fine except for the last rep i was shakey, underhand rows are cool but heavy Tbars seem to crush my back even more, on those i tend to use english to but at like 320-340 lbs.

nothing wrong with your form on the 315 set either. its really not possible to have absolutely perfect form once you start getting that heavy on the rows.

everything looks good man. I just started doing push presses and i wasn't sure about my form but looking at your vid i see that i have been doing them correctly. your crazy strong man.

beast - with me i have to get that good explosion in or i will hit that sticking point which is right at my forehead or a little higher
RBB - i get porked every gym i go to with music! i sort of agree on the row thing, ive done 315 x 10 before with straps and really JERKING it up with bad form! haha, but never again.

I agree. Shaved head = badass.
Anyway, nice vids. I think your form looks fine, too. It is really tough to keep it perfectly strict on rows with that much weight. I do mine about the same with that kind of weight.

thanks G man most ive done on bent rows is 335 x 3 with the same form.
