Started a westside program today and I have no idea what the resistance of different color of bands are. Today I used 2 green and 1 red. Any info is appreciated.

I think the charts on elitefts.com, somewhere.
As long as you keep track of which band you used its all good.

That chart is great but..... It all depends on how they are hooked up. Even an inch or two in anchor points or arm length ect can make a huge difference. The best way if you really want to know is to measure them yourself. It really isnt that hard just takes a little time. I have used bands off and on for the past three years or so and really never felt the need to measure them.

I like not knowing how much band tension I have on the bar. It helps you play mind games on yourself and takes numbers out of your head.

I agree. I think people get to hung up on the number.

I will start using bands and chains again next week. I have decided I will not cut any weight this year. I just want a big number ( for me ) this time.
