im doing a little bit of dc training and i must say, it kicks some serious ass... my exercises change quite frequently so here are some.....

lunges,
barbell squats,
hack squats,
cybex leg press,
good mornings,
ham curls
lying curls,
step ups,
1 leg ext...


just some of the exercises i would rotate through
