Well, I've posted on-and-off with my journal for the past couple of years (mostly off), and I'll try once again to make a new year a new beginning. I read in an incredible book that what you track grows, so I better get going. I haven't been posting, but I have been lifting, with setbacks coming through nose surgery and leaving the country for 2 months. I've still made great gains in the past couple of years.

Lifts may be a little low right now as I figure out how I want to approach a new routine. Pics will be coming soon, along with goals. I might get set back a little bit because I'm going to China & Russia for 1 month, from January 23 to February 20, and will have little access to gym, if any. I will be taking there resistance bands, a jump rope, some running shoes, (hopefully) a chinup bar, and my body. Just graduated college and had to drop the big boys price on a real gym membership too...
