i need to start joining some clubs and organizations here at the university of michigan and was wondering if anyone knows of one for olympic lifting? I have never done it before, but i thought it would be a lot fun to do this. anyone know of any information? i am guessing there isnt one since i couldnt really find anything on google, but just thought i would ask.

I acutally met a dude at the ccrb last fall who was talking about the same thing. I rarely saw him back after that though. We must always work out at different times or something.

yeah i think it would be great to have that. ive always watched videos of olympic lifts and thought how amazing they are.
if there is someone at the university with experience who wouldnt mind sharing their knowledge, i would definitely attend.

I realize this is a waaaaay old post, but was curious if a local O-lift club was found? Looking for one in the Lansing area to possibly learn some of the O-lifts.
