What does everyone sweeten their coffee with? Coffee gives me a boost at the gym, but I dont want to have alot of sugar in it, I want to eat healthy.
I already use creamer, but what do you guys use? :strong: :burger:

i use splenda as well.
and I'd rather have the fat in half and half, than the trans fat and HFCS found in most 'fat free half and half'.
