make shure its fat free and shugar free yogurt. i think that kind has 15 grams of carbs and 8 grams of protien i beleive. so if u wanted to not eat veggies i would say u can have 3 yogurts and one serving of cottage cheese and 1.5 grams to about 2.0 grams per pound of bodyweight . and get about30 percent fat per pound of bodywieght in grams so if youw weight 200 get 60 grams of fat. also include 10-15 grams of flax. and to get the rest of your fat from lean meats and natural peanutbutter, this should work well
whoa fat free sugar free yogurt? i never knew they had sugar free
