The only time i have used a smith machine is when i didn't have a spotter on my max lifts, only a few times. But for the rest of the time its all raw. i really feel better now because before when some1 would ask me my max BP i would say 170. But now I can proudly say 205.:zipit:

I was just wondering, what was your logic for not counting the bar as weight?

Be even more proud. 170 + 45 = 215!
