I was having a conversation with one of my friends about protein supplements. We both take 100% Whey. He had a question about whether it was good to mix it up with creatine from time to time. I didn't think it would matter much either way so I figured id ask here see what you guys say.

There is no harm in taking creatine with a protein supplement.
Creatine needs to be taken daily for it to be effective. It also needs to be combined with a good diet and exercise program.

Creatine you need to take every day to properly saturate your muscles. Once in a while wont do **** but if you do every day you will see gains.

Red and Holy are right...creatine just needs to be taken consistently...one teaspoon a day really, to be effective.

occasional use it just a waste of time and money, but it won't hurt you as long as you have normal kidneys.

peopel with kidney problems should avoid creatine, and many supps, in general.
