my breakfast is usually an orange or two wit a protein shake or a a few eggs on wheat with a shake.

for lunch it is usually a couple hands of peanuts, water, and a chicken breast on wheat. and fat free yogurt

dinner is usually chicken breast with cottage cheese and water.

pre-workout is usually a hig hcarb cereal such as Raisin Bran.

Post workout is 1-2 tuna on wheats with a shake

and before bed its some fat free cottage cheese...

Trying to loose some weight, does this sound good so far. And ofcousre I'm getting a 5 day workout a week

Your protein is high enough.

You need to be using more calories then your eating to lose anything. To lose fat and not muscle you need to lift weights and eat high protein diet (moderately high anyhow).

Track EVERYTHING you eat through fitday, its an online food journal thats free to use. It will quickly and easily allow you to review your diet at any time.

If your not losing weight (I'd give it an entire week before you say theres a problem) then you need to eat slightly less. Drop calories 500 per day and you should be losing a pound a week (of fat, which is great progress).
