So im interested to see everyones progress with there COC. When i first started my training I could only do singles with the trainer, that was about 2 months ago. When i got my 1, i COULDN'T close it, got close, but not consistent at ALL. Now though i can rep it ~8 times. I got a 1.5 for Christmas, and got 2-3 reps right away. Now im ~5 reps with it. I ordered the 2 last night, and well see how i do. Hopefully ill be able to close. it.

awesome dude, when i got mine (T 1 and 2) i could close trainer easy, 1 easy, and missed the 2 by 1/4 inch, now about month and a half later i can successfully close the 2 with right and left and rep the 1 for an easy 12.

Just keep at it, as far as CoC's i only have the T and #1 both of which I can close no problem for reps. I've been working the Heavy Grips recently and can close the HG250 for a single with my right but not quite there with my left. Just keep at it, crushing strength seems to move pretty quick.

I hate those damned things. I can close the two but can't budge the three. Funny thing, is that my grip still sucks and my hands are weak relative to my overall strength.

Just curious, but how many reps do you need to be able to close with the #1 before you can close the #2? I can do the #1 for a few (tried a friend's a couple times) but can only get about 1/2 to 2/3 closed with the #2.

I've found that once I get 12 reps without much trouble I can close the next one up for 1-2.
