Wow, thanks for the welcome. I am really glad to be here. Like I said on another post, this seems like a really positive place. I'm just looking to share ideas, talk powerlifting, and learn what I can.

I am competing on 1/20 at a local APA meet. I did not plan on competing until this summer, but I can't pass up on a meet in my own back yard. Hey, I have trained a whole month for it. It's going to feel great to put a shirted bench back in the books. It has almost been 2 years since I got my 800.

Again, thanks for the welcome. Also, for those of you who pm me, I don't have enough posts to pm you back so don't think I'm an a'hole just yet.

Don't let his modesty fool you. He'll blow some **** up at that meet, I saw him as a guest lifter in Dec., some 500 Raw, and I believe he took a whack at 580-600, I can't remember. Good to have you on board Vinny
