Since a week I began a new diet for gaining fat and size. I have the ultimate nutrition wheygainer and I eat a lot of calories/fat/protein. Since then, my nose bled around 4-5 times. Did it ever happen to you? can it be related to the way i eat or something cause its scarying me a bit.

I would say that's just a weird coincidence. Dry air makes you prone to having nose bleeds, so that might the reason for the first one. I find that after I get one, I usually have a few more because I end up blowing my nose before it's fully healed.
Are you taking accutane, by any chance?

Or fish oil? Or aspirin?

I would stop taking all supplements to see if it goes away. You may have to go back to your old diet temporarily to see it is truly the cause. Lastly, you should see a doctor. RST has a good point that it is the season for dry air, but 4-5 in a week is a lot.

I would lean towards dry air.

The supplements are just food.

it winter. its getting colder right now too in most of the country.
dry air from the furnace and cold air outside that holds less humidity = bloody noses.

quit picking your nose!
if its cold where you live, your nose is probably chapped. just put some moisturizer on your finger and pick your nose to spread it around. i do that when i notice the inside of my nose is very chapped.
Happy Pickin'!
