I was thinking about getting some weight gainer. I work at a hospital and I can get this stuff, ensure plus, for only 4 bucks for a case of 24 cans. Its 350 calories and 13g of protein with a bunch of vitamins and stuff. Would this stuff work okay instead of buying some other kind of weight gainer?

Those things have alot of sugar in em...(then again so do a lot of weight gainers)

IMO you're better off just buying milk.

All weight gainers are basically maltodextrin and protein, some have creatine in them. So yes, it will work as well as any other weight gainer. Just remember it's not about what you take - it's about the total caloric content.
