If you are going to do a cheat meal at night, is it best to go light on calories early in the day or stick to your normal routine for that part of the day?

if its a cheat meal dont worry when ever it is, just eat, ive had a cheat meal and a MODERATE full cheat day and im still down 8 lbs since demember 26th.

I'm guessing you are on a PSMF from the way you're sounding.

Stick with your normal protein and add a little fat and carbs and you're good to go.

Even if you want to cheat cheat you should be fine. Last week. I had a half pound cheeseburger, a small soda and a small serving of fries. That week alone I lost about 3lbs of fat.

So try to keep it clean but if you want to eat some junk then feel free.
