i know people who are dieting or cutting have "cheat days" sometimes. i know my friend is a personal trainer and sunday is his cheat day where he basically breaks his eating routine and doesnt really worry too much about carbs or fat content.
i was just wondering if cheat days on creatine/bulking could be the same? eating for me isnt really the the easiest thing so instead of eating the 6 meals i usually eat the rest of the week if i only get around to like 2 or 3 will this seriously hurt my progress? also if i dont have my normal gallon of water while on creatine, and maybe only consume half a gallon or less is this also going to be a big problem for my gains?
