Use the search, it's been done a dozen times at least. Also, why are you writing in big red letters?
I can eat it plain but prefer not to. I normally mix it with fat free mayo, onions, celery, hard boiled eggs, salt, pepper and eat it that way

I can't stand any kind of fish food but as I'm taking the gym seriously now I've started eating tuna.
The first thing I did was, I made myself eat tuna (in brine) straight out the tin to get a feel for the taste. Wasn't as bad as i thought!
Anyway, I buy Macaroni Cheese Pasta n Sauce meals and mix it in with that. I cant even taste the tuna to be honest.
Hope this helps... you get the protein and a decent serving of carbs at the same time. I think the meal is about 570 cals, 6g fat, 75g carbs and 55g protein.

Tuna wraps are good. It's usually around 230 cals or so, and 40grams of protein. With cheese a little bit more of both and still low on the calorie side.

Open the can, put it in a strainer...run under cold water..eat it plain or a little mayo. If I have room for carbs I use a wrap or bulkie roll. Nothing fancy.

1. Dole Spring Mix salad, sliced cucumbers, diced onions, fat free Zesty Italian, throw the tuna right in there and shake it up.
2. Mix with sugar free relish.
3. Eat it out of the can with Frank's Red Hot and black pepper.

Lately I make brown rice spread a small amount of Miracle Whip over the rice (it makes it creamy and good) then fork the tuna from the can directly on top add hot sauce and enjoy.
