Eat, Eat and Eat. Make sure they are good healthy choices of protein, healthy fats and good carbs. Also squat, squat and squat.

And Terrel Owens is in great shape. Trust me. At 6', just learning the ropes of lifting, it's gonna take YEARS to achieve a similar physique.

I'm sure that guess was based on an evaluation of his daily eating habits, of course. The guy is 6' 150 lbs. There is no way he's eating 2500 calories at the moment.

OP: Go to www.fitday.com and put in everything you've eating today. Then post the total calories, protein, fat and carbs.

i know. im just stating that I want to eventually look like him.You may never look like him. You are going to look however you are genetically predetermined to look like. Just stay dedicated, work hard, eat right, rest well, and stay consistent and in a few years, you will completely change your physique.

why not? at 6 foot 1 and 130lbs i had been eating 2800 cals. Had to bump it up to 4000 cals to see nice gains.

Yeah peanuts are ~800 calories / cup. That would do it.

Everyone is different in terms of caloric needs. Giving advice based on your calorie needs is not a good idea because everyone is different. Overeating on a bulk results in a lot of fat being gained. If he had been eating, say, 1500 calories a day and he started eating 4k, then he would probably fatten up. See where I'm going with this?
And, as it turns out, he's actually eating more than you suggested. So if he ate at what you suggested, then he would in fact lose weight.
