Sup, Well I've been training for about 6 months seriously, always exercised but never very effective. Here is me at 180 about 2 months ago, I am 190 now. One month ago my shoulder dislocated so I am just rehabbing/doing very light weights for a while. Plan on cutting solely for the fact that I can't lift too heavy yet :(. Kind of sad, but hopefully I'll be lifting heavier and heavier each week. Really great to have found this site, I'm excited to read everything that gets posted here.

cool, make sure to track your calorys on fitday.com and do the WBB workout and remember to eat, sleep and squat and deadlift!!!
