say im cutting and will end the cut after a couple weeks of 1500 calories. when i go back to bulking, should i just add on 500, or can i go back up to 3000 which is what i was at when i started cutting? will going back to 3000 make my body store the calories as fat even if they are all very clean?

Ease them back up.

1500 - those are some looooow-ass calories!

The lowest I've managed has been 1650 I think. And that was ROUGH!

just the answer i wasnt hoping for hahaha. ease them up 500 at a time im assuming?

and thats not really what im at, just throwing some round numbers out there haha
