I decided to take some progress pics, finally. I'm doing so because I want to see my gains throughout the year, but a big part is also seeing what kind of size I might lose when I go to Russia/China for about a month. You can check out other info in my journal below.

Right now,

6'0"
~185-190 lbs.
23 yo

I'm no pro, so sorry for the crappy pictures.

check 'em out here (http://community.webshots.com/user/michiokaku)

All feedback welcome.

are we supposed to be comparing these to other pictures? or in the future are you going to post again and refer back to this thread?
juding by the pictures by themselves, you have some pretty good muscle on you and are lean.

yeah i guess that was a little misleading of a title... this is my first set of pictures and i will continue to update. i'm leaving the country in a few days for a total of a month and i'll only have my jump rope, running shoes, random objects, my body, and some resistance bands, so i'll be interested to compare my next set of pics around feb 20.

thanks for the comments so far, everyone.

Nice mass man.

Don't see any noticeable faults. Good job. Keep it up.

Wow, nice work. Very proportional and sick lower back

Not bad at all. You look nice and proportional. Pretty good definition. Add 20 lbs and drop about 3% bf and you'll be a monster.

Looking good bro. Your genetics match mine very closely. I'm gonna go with the comment above, 20lbs and -3%bf and you'll be looking ace... you're off to a great start. Keep it up.

thanks again..

how exactly do i go about gaining 20 and losing 3%... i'd love to do that, but i've been lifting these past few years not really knowing what i'm doing in terms of eating, and somewhat in terms of lifting.:bash:
