Hey all. Just got back to college and am ready to hit the gym HARD and am looking for some tips/advice on my new bulk plan. I'm using WBB1 and know my training will be good, just want to know if my diet is in line.
Breakfast-8:30am
Container Fat Free Milk
2 cup special K
4 whole eggs
Brunch-10:00am
3/4 cup peanuts
small container Fat Free milk
Preworkout/lunch-1:00pm
1/2 cup quaker oats
1/2 cup Fat Free milk
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 apple
Postworkout shake-3:00pm
1.5 cup Fat Free milk
1 cup quaker oats
1 scoop choc. protein powder
1 banana
Dinner-6:00pm
Container Fat Free Milk
Chicken or Fish + rice +veggies ~500 cals
Before Bed-10:00pm
1/2 cup peanuts
TOTALS:
Cals: ~3400
Protein: ~200
Fat: ~100
Supplements:
1 multivitamin
1 vit. C tablet
5g fish oil
1 cup green tea per day, right before workout.
...and I try to drink about a gallon of water per day.
I weigh about 176 now at ~20 BF and am looking to put on 15-20 lbs in the next 3-3.5 months.
Looking good? What do you guys think?
