chris - i havent got a chance to call you up to talk about the splits and stuff but i made up my mind on what to do before the competition and after the comp im gonna use your split from the 15 lbs thread, cept a few mods to the reps on squats and stiffys

ah, hmm i was going to make the squat and stiffies on day 1 the traditional 20 rep routine 1 x 20 squat and 1x15 SLDL and finish off with breathing shrugs, but now you have me interested, could i give you a call right now?
