STEAK AND EGGS! if i have time. i'll scramble 4 or 5 eggs, drink a huge glass of milk, and cook up a frozen steak. if i don't have time i make the mother of all shakes.

Four eggs, sausage, bacon, french toast, and a glass of whole milk.
I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.

When I am on a bulk I don't use whey, but when I am on a cut I usually have four eggs and a protein shake with peanut butter, whey and one or two cups of milk.
