I am looking for ideas besides the usual bowl of Oatmeal, or eggs, for Breakfast. I need something quick most importantly but also not super high in cals.

whole weat english muffins, or whole weat bagels with either PB on it or some nuked eggs...easy to make and easy to eat!

I like the Whole Wheat english muffin idea,and the shake. Nothing like a smoothie in the morning, how could I incorporate coffee and coffee flavor into it?
Although the blender may make some noise in the morning.....F the neighbors though, I am moving in a month.
