what do you think of this? I still have dinner so I will add in some more, but for now this is my nutrient intake.

Seems like a lot of fat, and not enough protein.

im 15 ft 150 I want to become big and strong for football. Im a LB/WR.

at that height you should be playing basketball :scratch:

Anyways...are you gaining weight on 2300 cals..is that your avg daily?

I usually eat around
cals fat carb protein
around 800 31 84 46

I started eating more. As you can see this is just todays food which I am going to try and eat from now on.

Dude...you're approaching anorexic caloric levels. Eat more. Seriously. Your body is going to be eating itself alive trying to provide itself with calories.

Ahh gutcha..I would aim for 2300-2500 cals for a few weeks and see if you are making any gains. If not then slowly increase calories by 300 or 500 until you are gaining ona weekly basis about 1lb-1.5lbs. As far as protein you should aim for ~175 g. Fats may also be a little bit high.
