Now heres some I took today. Remember that I'm 100% carb depleted as I've been running a PSMF for the past four weeks. So, my arms and chest look very small :(. Other then that you can clearly see alot of weight lost in my stomach, back and for once I can see my traps. Enjoy :)

Looks like the PSMF is going well.

You know we all expect photos when you are completely done too!

I know I can't wait.

It'll probably take until my last cycle to see any real changes. I have to run 5 cycle's of this diet and I'm only halfway done the first one lol. But the first one is much much longer then all the rest. I'll keep posting progress pictures each month :nod:

Looking brilliant Jordan! I love the size you are at the minute. I would try and build the muscles up and you would actually be a tank (Tiger Tank)! ;)

how much weight did u lose in a month?

20 pounds. 10 of that is water weight and the rest of that is muscle/fat. If my math is right I shouldn't have lost much or any muscle.

HOw do you determine how much water weight you lost?

HOw do you determine how much water weight you lost?

Its pretty much impossible on a normal diet. On a PSMF though its pretty easy. I lost about 10 pounds within the first 3-4 days. That 10lbs is mostly water and glycogen. Again, on any other diet, its impossible to determine.

Bcool,
What are your macros like right now? Curious, I have a hard time losing weight, and I have been following a modified PSMF, my macros are around 1850 40%fat, 10%carb, 50%pro, I'm taking it slow, I know its not quite as low as a normal PSMF, but I would like to know what typical macro ratios are like for a diet like this. Nice progress, keep up the good work man

My macros and calories are in the extremes. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone....but I also have a hard time losing fat so thats why I follow a PSMF in the first place.

Heres a typical breakdown.

Calories= 1040
Protein= 220g
Carbs= 5g
Fat= 11g

Protein= 88%
Carbs= 2%
Fat= 10%

So again.....very low on everything cept lean protein. I also have a cheat meal and short refeed once a week though.
