Hey guys i was bored so took some really ****ty pics, i look SO BAD ON CAMERA its not even funny, i wish i had a body to back up my strength, im not big enough to stay at 18% body fat, does 18% sound ok to you guys? 1 site caliper im 18.9 and 3 site im 16.

oh yeah

i really need to whip the nair out again

ill take pics when i meet my goal of 195 lbs, then im bulking again lol.

look for my precut 220 video, i guess im a little leaner,

i also had a front double, relaxed back, and a side shot but i look crappy so i got rid of them

i also hope these ligering strech marks go away!! now i have them from lifting AND when i was 275 lol

Your chest is definitely your weak point. Chest improves a LOT with lower bodyfat... I really think you need to stick to your cut. I'd say 18% is about right.
Everything else looks fantastic. I was really impressed with your back double-bi shot, in particular.

Yeah, he has a huge back and thick legs, but his chest and arms are very far behind. Atleast that's what I think.

I totally agree with this.

Stump. Even though you want to be big I think you'd look much "bigger" if you cut down to under 10% for the summer. Since its summer you'll have your shirt off more anyways and I think you'll get more attention from everyone (girls, family, friends etc.). Who knows? You may like it. If you don't and would rather just be bigger and have a high bodyfat to go with it you can easily just eat and eat and eat until you are fatter again.

Meh. Just my two cents. But its your body. You do what you want to do.

we will see, my chest is huge in a shirt and looks a little better in person, but my arms are behind, strong as hell but behind (16 inches flexxed)

according to bodyfat calipers im 18 percent, my lean mass is almost 180 so that puts me at 12% or so at 195.

i have no need to get sub 10% as thats just silly for someone who is a powerlifter/strongman who really likes to eat, after 10% ill just get weaker, im sure ill be happy with 10-12%.

current PR's are 315 bench, 545 deadlift, and 455 x 2 squat (505 off parallel box)

my shoulder strength is actually close to my bench, as i can strict press 205 lbs and pushpress 245 lbs.

And frankly, I don't think your chest is behind... unless you are trying to be one of those men's health cover models?? You are building a strong-arse frame.. over done pecs aren't all that useful. It depends upon your own goals - do you want to win the WSM? You are a mini-Phil Phister now! do you want to set PL records - then you all you need is a bigger stomach! Do you want to be Ronnie Coleman? then start getting that pec development with partial movements in the 8-12 rep range.

And I still don't understand the cutting???
If you want to lower that BF, continue to do what you are doing!! Keep adding LBM... your frame can easily carry 210 or more!!

bear - thanks for the support man, but thats not my style of bulking, when i bulk i bulk hard and usually add some fat, i just wanna shed this excess fat and put on alot of weight, get my LBM like you said to like 210, its 175 now.

Big boy for just 17..Looking solid as hell...Once you cut down and shave/nair your whole body (Italian in you took over) you will be lookin very huge.

Back and double bi very impressive.

You look really good man its definately easy to tell that your doing the right things and your traps and back are easily showin your dedication to the oldschool type training. You got my respect haha if it means anything and I guess its time to step my game up because I may be a bit stronger but you have alot better development.

18% sounds about right, stick with the cut, you'll look awesome. If anything sticks out to me as lagging it would be your triceps, so hit them hard. Other than that you look ****ing awesome bro.

Then why don't you find a different way to bulk!! Find the calories you need to maintain 210 lbs, then keep lifting as heavy as possible... you will continue to gain muscle and lose fat.

There is a happy medium...
I've stayed around 240 for about a year now.. and it's been quite easy to gain almost 20 lbs of lbm.

I'm not saying for you to get as heavy as me to bulk.. but I see no reason to cut and lose lbm.. especially as you are trying to continue to be the strongest mofo on earth...

sensei and bob - i understand you guys are looking out for me, but its not like this is an extreme diet or a long term thing, i have 15 lbs to lose and i should do that in 2 months tops, after that its all about the mass, im just not satisfied with the amount of fat i hold.

you guys make me want to ditch it so bad and eat like a horse again but i just cannot do it, watching this stomach shrink weekly is great.

Plus recomposition's for anyone other then a new lifter are insanely tedious. It takes months to shed a few pounds of fat while adding a few pounds of muscle...again because of the opposing interests. From a mental and practical point of view bulking/cutting cycles are better and more efficient.

Just tough it out....it does get hard sometimes. For me its mostly random. On some days this diet is so easy to stick to I don't even think of it as dieting...but on other days I feel like dying and want to cheat so bad.

My single greatest motivation for not cheating is myself. Everyday of every week of every month I have a constant reminder. My fat gut. Whenever I want to cheat I just feel my stomach and it goes away...

Same here. I always take off my shirt (obviously before I go to bed) and I have a mirror on my dresser. I look at that and when I want that late night snack I look and see no abs and some fat and that instantly makes me get a glass of water and a scoop of protein and maybe some fish oil.

Unless those pictures are deceiving, I would say you LOST bodyfat from that huge ass bulk + mini cut than when you were 180ish before it all. Strange, but you seemed to really add some incredable muscle. Looking great dude and I think a 3 months slow cut would have you pretty ripped.

And the thing that is pretty crazy is that you were at a normal healthy bodyweight.

You were small (I agree totally).

Yet you are STILL overweight according to that BMI scale. Its crazy to think how little muscle mass the average person really has.....

Anyways. Big improvements stump. I don't think you gained as much fat as you think.

Hair looks good in certain places....pits, face, head, chest.......but some people have thick black hair. My father, has hair all over his back and its disgusting.

I also find pubic/genital hair very nasty. I trim mine but most guys don't even do that.

Yeh you do look ALOT leaner from the previous pics I can say that much. Everything looks fine to me. Chest may appear small in comparison but its still big. At 10%bf your going to look amazing.

well just did a nair treatment and it looks ok but i broke out bad in a few spots hopefully it will go away, also did my stomach and it looks kinda silly IMO next time before the nice weather ill just do my back and arms like last time.
