I've been eating these everyday with a protein shake for breakfast. Protein is a whopping 12g per bagel, and also a good source of "clean" carbs. Agree?

I have a bagel with peanut butter for breakfast every morning. It chalks up a surprising 500 calories!

Do you happen to know the Fat/Carbs/Protein g's on that?

I know i can look it up myself but thought you might have it off hand! Thanks...

I'm sure the ingredients aren't too pleasing, but I'd eat them anyways. I love toasted bagels!

I normally have whoel wheat ones, but my g/f at my last one. This from white, but I think they are similar. Maybe a bit more protein and fibre in the whole wheat.

Per 1 bagel
300 calories
2 g fat
0 trans

60 g Carbs
2 g fibre
6 g sugar

10 g protein

I was thinking about eating these with some natty pb. That along with my cup of coffee ought to get me going in the morning.

That's what I have. The coffee then eats my bagel and makes it easier to have my morning snack :)

That's weird. I just got bagels in the house and I was wondering how I never noticed how good they were as part of my diet. I dunno about the peanut butter thing tho. I'll stick to my cheese, cream cheese, and turkey ham.

I love Thomas' Bagels, but they just stopped making the Multi-Grain. I am forced to stick to 100% whole wheat now, and it's just not the same.
