we train with 6 or 7 other guys so we get between 3 to sometimes 5 mins rest in between sets once the weights get on the heavy side

as you all can see in this log something went crazy in my training all was going well until all of a sudden bang i stopped hitting my shirted benches
well i was lying in bed when all of a sudden all the great ZULU warriors came to my bed side and reminded me of who i am and what it is that i do
i am Tee Tee lord of the ZULU
master of the benchpress and king of all weightlifters
and once again for the third straight year i will forge into battle on the 24th
and show the nation once again why i am all i listed above
as i walk to the platform all will be silent exept for the legions of ZULU of past and present chanting

wow ihvent posted in a long time but i will start again on monday... i am not posting my training from frday because i had my first and last week of some manual labor this week and i was beat!!!! look forward to some seriouse numbers and great workout sessions starting monday
