I began working out about a year and a half ago, but an auto accident took me out for 7-8 months (hence the sunglasses)...Just got back into it a couple of months ago. My arms a WAY behind and I just dont know how to get them up. I am doing a slightly modified WBB1 working the two upper body days twice a week and the legs once...Giving plenty of rest for each muscle group. Any suggestions for the arms (or anything else) would be great.
PS. I know I am a tiny guy...but Im working on it :strong:

I'd stick with the basics lifts. Deadlifts, SLDL, Bench press, Rows, Dips, Pull-ups, etc. etc. Trust me. Your arms will get bigger if you do these lifts heavy and hard then if you did direct arm work. It took me months to realize that on my own.

Other then that I would just bulk up. Eat more. Don't worry about the glasses man. I know how you feel. My eyes are pretty ****ed up too.

I don't think your arms are behind. I'd say your weakest feature is your back.

The good thing is that doing deadlifts, pullups and rows for your back will also make your arms bigger!
