Heres my introduction. This is basically my diet of what I have been eating and will probably end up eating every single day until I can't be bothered doing it anymore (forever)! :)


BREAKFAST: Porridge, Toast, Oats and anything along those lines.

Break (At school): Bottle of fresh water, a crossont, two oranges or an apple.

Lunch (At school): Lasgna, Spaghetti Bolognese, Sandwhich that contains butter, mayonnaise, chicken or tuna and bacon or sweetcorn. Usually I would have water along with this too.

Snacks (Whatever time): Oranges, Bananas, Apples, Cheese, Protien Cookies, Milk, Vegetables and whatever is in the cupboard/fridge.

Dinner: Steak or chicken or Salmon or other fish, potatoes, vegetables range from sweetcorn, tamatoes, lettuce, garden peas and other vegetables.

Drinks: Water and Milk. No energy drinks whatsoever.


This is everyday usually except for Sunday and some Saturday where I don't workout.

The workout is WWB1 by the way! ;)
