Hi everyone. I figure since i'm not doing a real fixed routine week-in and week-out, it'd be good to log it down. First, the stats:

Age: 20
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 230
Estimated BF%: 17%
Status: Cutting (on Metabolic or Anabolic diet, depending on where you learned it)
Caloric intake: ~2600 a day
Gym: Wooden Center at UCLA (Chemical Engineering Undergrad)

Split (varied):
Monday: Bench + peripherals
Wednesday: Deads + peripherals
Friday: Squats + peripherals
Wednesday and Friday: HIIT sessions on bike

PRs:
Bench: 300x1 (tried the second one, failed miserably)
Deads: 375x1 (didnt even try the second one on this)
Squat: 300x1
Total: ~975.

Goals:
Big 3 -> 1100 @ 220 lbs.

Misc:
I enjoy long walks on the beach with my dog and am currently single.

Had a horrible chest day due to overeating at an all-you-can-eat bbq place, then making the stupid assumption that it was primetime to work out right after.
